The cabin is off of a paved road just outside Evergreen, so no 4WD needed to reach this one, but despite its proximity to the city it still feels like you are nestled in the mountains. It is pet friendly and comes with games and additional twin trundle beds for hosting large groups or families. The two separate living areas allow for space to relax or come together to create fun memories!
There are beautiful trails within walking distance of the cabin, making this an awesome homebase for hikers. In the fall, definitely drive Squaw Pass Road to see the golden aspens, and the Chief Mountain Trail is also very close to the cabin if you want gorgeous views and a more moderate hike. The hosts even include an extensive guidebook on the best things to do and eat in nearby towns, so they make sure nothing will get missed!
After a day out exploring you can come home and relax in the hot tub surrounded by the evergreen trees, or take a soak in the gorgeous stone plated bathtub in the master suite. And if you don’t want to have the whole house or if you want a more intimate getaway, they also rent out the separate garage suite for smaller groups or an intimate retreat.
